I have really fine blonde hair too and I would suggest putting product in her hair. The longer you use product on it, the thicker it will become. I suggest using like a root lifter %26amp;/or mousse. Eventually, even when she doesn't use product for a day, the build-up on her hair will keep it looking fuller. And it protects her hair against damage and breakage.

what you need, is just a light shine spray. since her hair is fine and she's only 10..... and this will help save you money as well... spray the shine on your hands and rub them evenly... apply on her hair shaft and ends lightly and stay away from the roots (bc her natural oil will protrude through her scalp making her roots oily anyways)... you can do this before or after drying her hair.

you should use tresemme volumizing mouse on her hair .and also try blow drying it occasionally but i think the mouse will work just fine with out having to blow drying it.

being a young girl its going to get tangles easily,consider she plays alot,but also after shampooing and conditioning try to put leave in conditioner or a spray called no more tangles,its good. good luck!
