i agree with the first poster, you definetly need some kind of leave in conditioner or a smoothing serum. your hair is probably really dry and needs plenty ofconditioning so this doesn't happen. also try brushing with a comb, it won't cause any frizz and still untangles your hair. good luck =)

conditioner works. or i leave my brushes in a sink full of water and shampoo. it cleans your brushes and usually takes the static out.

conditioner is always a good idea. I have this problem to from time to time. If you start using a leave in conditioner, you should put it in while your hair is still wet from washing, other wise it can make your hair look greasy.

If you need a quick fix try wetting your brush. it will get your hair wet, but it will dry fairly quickly.

you also might pay attention and see if only your hair is dry. If you have dry skin, and have pets with static as well, you might want a humidifier to put more water into the air.

A couple solutions for static hair:

a-hairspray to keep it down

b-you need to use more conditioner in the shower

c-gel is an option

Good luck! And some days are static hair days. Trust me, I've had them. Especially if you straighten your hair.

1-Use a leave in conditioner.

2-Run a humidifier in your house or room.

3-(and this is a good one) Spray your brush with Static Guard. Let it medium dry before using on your hair. But it will keep the static down. Hope these helps.
