How do you Take a Shower/Brush your Hair?

I'm considering starting, but I'm still not sure. What do you do in the shower? and how do you start it? I heard you don't wear anything, but then you'd be stripping for yourself! I'm so confused!! And why would you take of your clothes, I never take them off no matter how small or wet in the low area they are! I'm sorry, this may seem a silly question, but I'm sure that other people are wondering the same thing and I'm still a newbie at this. Oh, and how do you brush your hair and where do you buy it?

I wear goggles and swim fins in the shower to protect me in case I fall down.

Also, the stripping is the BEST part! I had a pole installed in my bathroom. The goggles and swim fins make me look even sexxier.

I brush my hair at night while I'm sleeping. I bought it at Sam's Hair Club for Men.
