wow! no one has ever asked that? anyways how do you clean your hair brush and every when do you purchase a new one???

just wondering and for all you that have smart remarks i clean mines which im not saying how b/c i want to hear how other ppl do it! and i buy one every 6 months

I wash my hairbrush and combs in a sink full of warm water, and capful of shampoo and let them soak for a few minutes and then i swish them around rinse them and dry, and i buy a new hairbrush every 3 months and a comb every week because my hair breaks them.

I don't really use a brush that often. I use my comb everyday but my brush... I'm not really sure but not to often.

My three son's and my husband brush there hair every day.

But I guess because of me sleeping with a scarf on and the

different hairstyles I wear it doesn't require my hair to be

brushed. I don't use my brush enough to need to use shampoo, water, or whatever to clean it.

Every 2 weeks I wash my brushes and combs in a sink full of hot water with shampoo.Then I rinse them with cold water(I do this AFTER I have cleaned them out with scissors or tweezers.I buy a new brush probablly every year.But I splurge on good ones from Conair.

i get one every 3months, and i sock mine in hot water mixed with this hair brush cleaner from *sallys* or did you want to know how you get the hair out before i clean it?
