brush it head over once a day. and more often with a comb than a brush, exercise, eat healthy, keep your head clean, get good night sleep. But there is nothing you can do to really make it grow fast, you may be able to increase it a tiny itty bit. But you wont be able to grow a foot in a moth. ya know.

Every body is made differently. Some people's hair grows fast and some people's doesn't. You have to analyze how is your hair structure.
