Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

Just wondering if using a brush on your hair rather than a comb when its wet actually does that much damage? Or does it really matter..?

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

yes it makes a difference my beautician told me to use a comb because if you use a brush it will rip your hair and damage it, you should go with a pick or wide-toothed comb, but i can't stand them because my hair is sot thick so if you have thick hair just brush it, picks are the best way to go and work your way from the bottom to the root it minimizes damage. good luck and i hope my advice helped!

use a pic if you want to minimize damage. also start from the bottom and work your way to the roots.

I use a pic because it is weaker when it is wet.

If you brush your hair while wet, your hair will break of and get split ends. If you use a wide tooth comb, it won't do any damage to your hair.

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

trust me it pulls out your hair and it gives you split ends! you don't want that with your pretty hair! A comb is a much better choice! Good luck hope it turns out good:)

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

it really doesn't matter.... both ways you are combing or brushing ur hair.

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

Neither, allow the hair to dry then brush it with a natural fiber brush.

:D

When hair is wet it's very fragile.

use a hair pic because it cause less damage. A brush cause your hair to come out while brushing it.

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

just like the other people b4 me said um the brush tends to pull ur hair more and that tends to make ur hair break easier and if you use a wide toothed comb ur chances are less

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

comb!! it helps take the knots out without ripping out bunches of hair- much easier

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

A hair stylist I talked to said definately do not use a brush. She said a wide-toothed comb is much better on your hair! Now I never brush my hair when it is wet to minimize damage.

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

I have had my wet hair comb for 12 years!!!!!!! I wouldn't live without it. I purchased it from a hairdressing salon and it is the best!!! Just basically wide toothed comb but if I happen to misplace it I go stupid till I find it.

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

comb it gently! DON'T BRUSH IT!!!!

to tease out the knots, do NOT just try to break through it...you'll end up losing a lot of hair that way!

on each section of hair, start at the bottom and comb it until it's good and then move up the section. try to remove knots with your fingers, and BE GENTLE!!

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

Use it a comb it is so much better than a brush. You should always use a comb with wet or dry hair helps with less breakage.

Brush vs comb on wet hair..?

Both are not good when your hair is wet. You hair is the weakest when it's wet. Even a hair dryer is not recommended. Keep it like that for 15-20 mins and then comb. That's what I do

If you still want to comb then use a comb that has well seperated teeth. May be that will reduce the damage.

comb.it wont pull out as much hair as a brush will.
