Thinning hair brush?

My hair is kinda thick, I want it to be a little thinner. What do thinner hair brushes do? Where do I get 'em? How much are they?

A hairbrush isn't going to thin your hair. I would get a chop cut done. This should thin your hair a bit by randomly cutting layers in the back where it can't be seen.
